There are now two different ways to enter our August 15, 2020 horse show. Entries are due August 11, 2020. There will be a $20 late fee for any entries past August 11, 2020.
If for any reason after you submit your entry for the show you determine you should not participate please contact us prior to the show date and we will be happy to refund your money.
Due to these uncertain times, if it is determined we need to cancel the show due to regulations, guidelines, or other related issues we will contact you by the email you used to enter. We will be happy to roll your entry until the next show or we can issue a refund.
The preferred method is entering online at www.horseshowsonline.com . If you haven't already, please create a free account. Next, go to show selector and choose our show. It will have the option for free online entry. An entry wizard will help you work through your entry. Once you complete it, you will receive a paypal invoice. Please send payment to confirm your entry. Make sure you check out our COVID 19 Protocol Page for more information about the day. If this is your first time showing with us please email your coggins and photo release form to MarylandOpenHorseShow@gmail.com . No new entries or cash will be accepted at the show. Please read through each section so that you submit a complete entry.
If you don't want to use online entry, you can email your show forms to MarylandOpenHorseShow@gmail.com. If you rode in our July Show with us and are riding the same horse for August the only thing you need to send in is your entry form. You do not need to use the entry checklist, photo release, or re send your coggins. All forms below need to be emailed to MarylandOpenHorseShow@gmail.com by Aug 10th. No new entries or cash will be accepted at the show. Please read through each section so that you submit a complete entry.
Please use this checklist to ensure you are submitting a complete entry. Please send a copy of this form in with everything else.
Please use the entry forms posted on our show forms page. Make sure you are using the appropriate form for your age. If you have any questions on which form you should use please take a look at our rule book for class descriptions or send us an email.
Scan or take a picture of your horses coggins and email it in. Make sure that you use the same name for your horse on your entry form as the name on your coggins. If you are riding a horse that you lease or is from a lesson barn please ask your trainer if they have sent in your horses coggins. Trainers are encouraged to send over one email with all of their horses coggins.
If you are riding the same horse as your rode in the July show we already have your coggins on file.
After you submit all of your forms you will be sent a Paypal invoice. You do not need to have Paypal to pay this way. Please pay this invoice as soon as you receive it. You entry is not complete without payment. We will not be accepting any cash at the show. If you are experiencing trouble paying please email MarylandOpenHorseShow@gmail.com and we will help you out.
