We are only accepting entries through google form for our October 4, 2020 horse show. There will be a $50 late fee for any entries received September 27th - midnight September 30th. THERE WILL BE NO ENTRIES ACCEPTED AFTER MIDNIGHT SEPTEMBER 30th!! Class and horse changes can be made anytime including during the show. Just send us an email with any changes you need.
If for any reason after you submit your entry for the show you determine you should not participate please contact us prior to the show date and we will be happy to refund your money.
Due to these uncertain times, if it is determined we need to cancel the show due to regulations, guidelines, or other related issues we will contact you by the email you used to enter. We will be happy to roll your entry until the next show or we can issue a refund.

We have a NEW and exciting way to enter our show!! If you visit our show forms page you will find new google forms to use so there is no printing and scanning to do! Just scroll down to find your form and then click where is says "ENTRY FORM" below the title, fill it out, and hit submit. If you have any trouble using these forms or would prefer forms to print please email MarylandOpenHorseShow@gmail.com. If you rode in our July, August, or September Show with us and are riding the same horse for October the only thing you need to do is your entry form. You do not need to send a photo release or re send your coggins. Forms will be turned off after midnight on Septmber 30th and we will not be accepting any new entries. Email us if you need to make changes to your entry. Changes are allowed anytime and even on show day. No new entries or cash will be accepted at the show.
Please use the entry forms posted on our show forms page. Make sure you are using the appropriate form for your age. If you have any questions on which form you should use please take a look at our rule book for class descriptions or send us an email. If you are entering through horse shows online you do not need to also complete an entry form.
Scan or take a picture of your horses coggins and email it in. Make sure that you use the same name for your horse on your entry form as the name on your coggins. If you are riding a horse that you lease or is from a lesson barn please ask your trainer if they have sent in your horses coggins. Trainers are encouraged to send over one email with all of their horses coggins.
If you are riding the same horse as your rode in the July, August, or September show we already have your coggins on file.
After you submit all of your forms you will be sent a Paypal invoice within a week. You do not need to have Paypal to pay this way. Please pay this invoice as soon as you receive it. You entry is not complete without payment. We will not be accepting any cash at the show. If you are experiencing trouble paying please email MarylandOpenHorseShow@gmail.com and we will help you out.
